Job Title : Account Manager - (Portuguese-Speaking) - On-Site - HT05

What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Managing partner pipelines, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals profitably.
2. Understanding partner markets, competition, and assessing reseller interest.
3. Building partner loyalty, and enhancing partner skills and certifications in BU products.
4. Ensuring partners leverage promotions, events, and programs effectively.
5. Collaborating with partners to drive revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and closing deals.
6. Identifying qualified opportunities and taking actions to close them with partners.
7. Supporting partners in closing large deals when needed.
8. Working closely with telemarketing, sales teams, and other resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
9. Monitoring and reviewing partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities.
10. Attending partner events to meet key partners.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

* Are bilingual in Portuguese and have advanced English skills.
* Have at least two years of relevant technical sales experience (preferred).
* Are familiar with channel programs.
* Possess excellent negotiation, communication skills (verbal & written).
* Work towards goals through negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and prioritization.
* Demonstrate innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
* Can plan and execute strategies to achieve objectives.


It would be a plus if you:

* Have experience working in a channel environment with partners and distributors.
