PbRole Overview: /b /ppThe EU+ NA Key Account Manager (NA KAM) is responsible for driving sales growth of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects to the selected Named Accounts identified in Europe. This role focuses on customer development, project acquisition, and close collaboration with solution and technical teams to secure and deliver large-scale ground-mounted projects. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b: /pulliLead sales activities for utility-scale, ground-mounted solar PV and energy storage projects, including ground-mounted PV-only, ground-mounted energy storage projects, and ground-mounted hybrid projects (PV + energy storage). /liliDevelop and manage relationships with NAs, driving project opportunities from early-stage engagement to contract signing. /liliWork closely with the Solution Manager and technical teams to support pre-sales activities, including bid interpretation, technical solution alignment, and project feasibility discussions. /liliParticipate in bid preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing, ensuring alignment with company strategy and profitability targets. /liliSupport awarded projects during pre-contract and execution phases, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and project delivery. /liliCollect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor solutions, government policies, and customer requirements, and translate insights into effective sales strategies. /liliCollaborate closely with marketing teams on market entry strategies, customer engagement activities, and brand promotion. /liliAchieve assigned sales targets and regularly report sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to management. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliAt least 5 years of experience in utility-scale ground-mounted projects, including ground-mounted PV-only and ground-mounted energy storage projects. /liliGood understanding of inverters, medium-voltage systems, and energy storage systems, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with end customers and EPCs. /liliGood understanding of utility project dynamics including the CSFs of all stakeholders as well as the financial metrics and major project investment criteria. /liliFamiliarity with mainstream domestic and international PV and energy storage solution providers. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy sales or business development, with strong utility-scale project exposure. /liliStrong customer-facing, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills. /liliBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus /li /ul
