Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management & Oversight: Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects valued at hundreds of millions of euros. Develop execution strategies, resource allocation priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) at the portfolio level to ensure overall goals are met.
* Strategic Negotiation Support & Decision-Making: Serve as the high-level professional advisor, directly participating in or guiding project teams in contract and negotiations with project owners and key subcontractors. Provide authoritative insights on commercial terms, technical solutions, risk allocation (particularly clauses related to delays and performance), and other critical aspects to safeguard the company's core interests.
* Systematic Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify all potential risks that could lead to project delays (triggering Delay Liquidated Damages, DLDs) or performance failures (triggering Performance Liquidated Damages, PLDs), such as design flaws, supply chain bottlenecks, permitting delays, or technical interface issues, legalization processes and develop and monitor effective mitigation strategies.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular in-depth analyses of the portfolio's health, providing clear reports to senior management focusing on schedule deviations, cost trends, risk exposure, and potential impacts on DLDs/PLDs, informing strategic decision-making.
* Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building: Mentor and train project manager teams to enhance their capabilities in contract management, risk identification, and negotiation, fostering a high-performance project management culture.
* Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all project activities comply with national and EU regulations and contractual requirements, while integrating local market practices and HQ's requirements into portfolio management.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Work Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale renewable energy projects, with at least 2 years in Project Director or higher roles managing large EPC projects.
* Must have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from initiation to completion at top-tier IPPs or large international EPC contractors.
* Demonstrated, directly applicable full-cycle EPC project knowledge in PV and SS sectors.
* Must have managed and been fully responsible for portfolio projects valued at €50–100 million and possess deep understanding of profitability and risk drivers for such projects.
* Must have hands-on experience handling DLD/PLD claims due to mismanagement, as well as successfully preventing or resolving such issues.

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish (both as business languages). Proficiency in other EU languages is a strong advantage.
* Location: Based in Marid, with willingness to travel within the EU as needed.
