En TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, buscamos un/a Administrativo/a en Tarragona para trabajar seis horas diarias de lunes a viernes (30 horas semanales).
Requisitos
* Estudios /titulación Grado Medio en Gestión Administrativa o similar
* Experiencia mínima de al menos un año en actividades acordes al puesto ofertado
* Contar con altos conocimientos en paquete Office, se valorará tener conocimientos de SAP.
* Actitud positiva con afinidad al trabajo en equipo y una comunicación eficaz, directa y cercana.
Descripción del puesto
* La persona seleccionada se encargará de:
* Seguimiento y gestión de mantenimiento de ventas recurrentes.
* Atención telefónica a clientes
* Gestión y seguimiento de la correspondencia electrónica.
* Soporte general al departamento en tareas administrativas
