At LHH, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist profile for one of our clients, a travel insurance company based in Barcelona. The position is 100% remote, although there is an office available in Barcelona. Key responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution ● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions (IT, Product, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)● Team with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics. ● Source proactively using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, internal referrals, and creative outreach. Candidate Experience & Employer Brand ● Ensure a seamless and human candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. ● Support employer branding initiatives. ● Contribute to content, events, and campaigns that bring our culture to life. Data & Process Improvement ● Track, report and optimise KPIs (time to hire, candidate quality, satisfaction, etc.)● Maintain and improve our ATS and hiring processes to ensure consistency, agility and scalability. Requirements: ● 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced tech/startup environments. ● Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing across multiple profi les. ● Familiarity with tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics. ● Strong communication and organisational skills, with a people-fi rst approach. ● Fluent in English and Spanish. ● Creative mindset and strong bias for action.
