- Qualified lawyer, with professional experience of no less than three (3) years.
- Complementary training in economic, financial, EP techniques and business areas.
- Oral and written English Proficiency (mandatory) and French language (desirable).

**Activités**
The main mission of the position is to provide legal advice to facilitate the business development decision through the appreciation of legal risks, keep the subsidiary in strict compliance with the PE regulations applicable in Bolivia and promote recommendations for solutions that are within the applicable framework.
Principal functions:

- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation by TotalEnergies EP Bolivie, Bolivia Branch.
- Provide advice regarding regulatory issues in general, and especially on hydrocarbon activities, including applicable national and provincial regulations. In particular in relation to the management of new permits and concessions, payment of fees, reversions, compliance with obligations, etc., with respect to current permits and concessions.
- Provide advice regarding legal issues and new regulations in general, current or planned, (labor, contractual, regulatory, environment) and anticipate legal risks or potential problems that could arise from the normal and habitual activities of the company.
- Provide advice and participation in: negotiation and management of agreements and permits, payment management, etc.
- Coordinate and direct the company's participation in mediation, judicial, administrative and/or arbitration processes, as plaintiff or defendant.
- Ensure the formulation, knowledge and compliance with the legal regulations and internal regulations of TotalEnergies EP Bolivie Bolivia Branch.
- Provide advice on operational and project contracts (oil services, drilling, seismic, logistics, infrastructure projects, EPC, etc.) particularly regarding the most important contracts (by amount or service) for TotalEnergies EP Bolivie Bolivia Branch.
- Assist the Legal Manager in the selection, control and management of payments of the external legal firms hired.
- Provide advice regarding insurance taken by the company. Assist in case of claims to insurance companies.
- Preparation and management of external powers granted by the company.
