The IT SuccessFactors Support Expert ensures the stable operation, service quality, and continuous improvement of the SAP Success Factors landscape from an IT perspective while enabling HR to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee‐centric people processes. This role bridges IT and HR, safeguards system integrity, supports the digital HR strategy, and ensures that technology effectively enables workforce planning, talent development, and organizational performance. End‐to‐End IT Service Ownership of the Entire SuccessFactors Platform Ensure the stable, secure, and high‐quality operation of the full SAP SuccessFactors suite all environments, covering all implemented modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, and any additional Talent or HR Core components.
