Implement proactive monitoring and alerting improvementsSupport IT Security activities (e.G., Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams during deploymentsSupport Disaster Recovery (DR) tests and Business Continuity activitiesEnsure compliance with ITIL processes and internal policies
Java / J2EE / .NET applications supportApplication servers: WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, IIS, ApacheDatabases: Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL tuningUnix / Linux / WindowsMiddleware: TIBCO (EMS, BW, Admin), IBM MQ, MFT
