As an HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to development and off-boarding.
This position is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and creative environment. You'll collaborate with various departments and help maintain consistency and compliance across both studios.
While the role can start remotely, we have a strong preference for candidates already living in Tenerife or planning to relocate soon.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process: post job ads, review CVs and reels, and schedule interviews.
* Assist with onboarding and off-boarding, including preparing employment documentation and welcome materials.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, work permits, attendance, and leave tracking).
* Liaise with external providers for payroll, benefits, and other administrative needs.
* Ensure all HR documentation and databases are organized and compliant.
* Support internal communications and respond to general HR-related queries.
* Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, HR events, and team initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with the HR team in Tenerife to align practices and ensure consistent standards across locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or HR support role.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of Spain's employment regulations and HR best practices.
* Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Discreet, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Proficient with Google Workspace or similar office software.
