Job Description:

Hikmicro, formerly Hikvision's Thermal Imaging department, is now a standalone subsidiary with strong R&D and engineering resources dedicated to providing high-quality products.
The Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main role is to develop the hunting market by building relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
Key attributes include: strong business sense, hunting experience, social media proficiency (Instagram/Facebook) with a large following, retail experience, integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility, and fluency in English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Responsibilities include: developing the hunting market, visiting dealers/shops, promoting the brand, organizing displays and events, building relationships, conducting market research, identifying opportunities, providing solutions, supporting marketing activities at trade shows and events, collaborating with regional sales teams, lobbying in associations, assisting in project specifications, positioning HikMicro as a preferred product for consultants, and preparing reports.
Ideal candidates are self-driven, ambitious, open-minded, and capable of working in a multicultural environment. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
