Your responsibilities:Pre-Sales:
* Provide remote technical support to internal clients (sales area, contact center, etc.) and external clients to assist in sales, resolving issues related to product features, suitability, use, maintenance, etc.
* Technical studies: Prepare budgets, project designs, and related documentation.
Post-Sales:
* Remote technical advising to meet client needs.
* Remote support for equipment commissioning.
* Diagnose reported faults and offer solutions.
* Provide remote support to external technical services.
* Electronic configuration of equipment.
* Adjust and regulate control elements.
* Review electrical and hydraulic connections.
* Handle chemicals necessary for equipment operation.
* Perform adjustments on equipment that can be done at heights over 2 meters.

Inform and advise external clients remotely during product or service installation.

Training:
* Prepare general and ad-hoc training sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams, coordinated annually with the FCE training manager.
Contact Center:
* Provide technical support to calls from the Technical team, offering product information, spare part references, technical sheets, and other inquiries.
Testing:
* Test new market-launched products.
* Generate product conclusion reports.
* Analyze incidents and propose solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
* Technical Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in a technical department.
* English level B2.
* Focus on customer satisfaction.
* Effective communication skills in high-demand environments.
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Experience with Call Center tools.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Service module or similar service management tools.
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., AS400) is a plus.
