What are we looking for?
Blue is looking for a Senior Account Manager to support the Head of Account Management by ensuring high-quality client communication and consistent service standards across the team. In this role, you will guide our Client Relationship Specialists in their day-to-day client interactions, provide senior-level support when needed, and help foster a strong, collaborative service culture. You will also manage key strategic clients that require elevated attention due to their financial or brand significance, ensuring they receive exceptional care and long-term partnership value.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide Client Relationship Specialists in their daily communication with clients.
- Ensure timely responses to internal requests that require immediate client communication.
- Hold regular online meetings with clients to maintain satisfaction, retention, and proactive engagement.
- Act as the senior escalation point when clients request a higher-level representative.
- Maintain strong relationships with major strategic clients and ensure they receive high-level support.
- Monitor client satisfaction rates and align on improvement actions with the Head of Account Management.
- Provide direction, feedback, and communication best practices to Client Relationship Specialists to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support Client Relationship Specialists and ensure efficient processes and client alignment.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
- English proficiency.
- High level of client relationship management experience.
- Ability to act quickly under pressure and handle escalations in a professional manner.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong understanding of account management processes within digital or affiliate environments.
- Experience managing strategic accounts is a strong advantage.
