What you will do
1. Definition and implementation of Transfer pricing Group policies
* Assist in the definition and control of the global transfer pricing policies for Horse Group. This includes leveraging & partnering with the Countries' tax teams, non-tax colleagues & tax service providers in meeting all transfer pricing responsibilities.
* Monitoring the overall transfer pricing strategy for Horse Group.
* Participate in global planning and continuous optimization of inter-company transactions, as well as ensure global consistency checks for all transfer pricing related issues.
* Ensure that proper internal controls are in place and assist in the documentation of these controls.
1. Ensure compliance for Transfer pricing processes
* Oversight and assistance in the preparation of the Master File and Local File transfer pricing compliance reports consistent with OECD BEPS and local country requirements.
* Build efficient compliance processes that accomplish business objectives and enforce the correct implementation within Horse Group.
1. Other Transfer pricing responsibilities
* Provide support in tax audits for transfer pricing positions and issues and tax controversy matters, including double tax relief through Mutual Agreement Procedures.
* Evaluate tax return positions and monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and regulations and communicate those changes to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Assist in tax provision reporting for transfer pricing positions.
What we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law.
* Master degree in Tax.
* From 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing in the advisory firm practice, industry practice, or a combination of both.
* Experience managing global transfer pricing with numerous cross-border flows.
* Demonstrated ability to manage tax projects and interact with key business partners and external members across the organization.
* Strong (English) verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax technical issues.
