&##Take ownership of developments, configurations, and integrations by collaborating closely with Architecture, Functional, and Testing teams.
✅ Manage and guide a squad of 5 to 10 professionals, working on both BAU and project initiatives .
✅ Solve complex technical challenges involving systems and integrations while maintaining quality and adhering to Architecture & Security guidelines .
✅ Promote and drive Agile rituals, backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment to deliver exceptional results.
&##2 or higher (AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC, and CA).
&##60+, Integration Broker, REST API development, and SQL .
&##Experience in PeopleSoft migration, upgrades, administration, and Test Driven delivery .
&##Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and proven leadership abilities.
&##A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, secure solutions .
&##Location & Flexibility: This role offers a balance of remote work with office presence in Barcelona 1–2 days per week. Work closely with client teams (note: no access to personal data) in a dynamic, innovative insurance sector environment .
