Your mission will be to support the Personnel Administration department by:
1. Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and movements.
2. Monitoring attendance, absences, and vacations.
3. Assisting with payroll management, social security, and taxes (IRPF).
4. Handling queries and issues related to labor relations.
5. Ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and PRL regulations.
6. Managing relations with the Administration for department-specific matters.
7. Participating in onboarding new hires.
8. Managing documentation for legal proceedings and inspections.
To be a good fit, your profile should include:
* Holding a university degree in Labor Relations, Business, Law, or Labor Sciences.
* At least 2 years of experience in Labor or Personnel Administration.
* Autonomous handling of ERP systems (A3 preferred).
* Familiarity with: Contrat@, Siltr@, Certific@, Sistema Red.
* Proficiency in Office 365 (ideal).
