JOB PURPOSE
Lead innovation and elevate our business by heading the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team. Collaborate with global leaders and colleagues, harnessing data and digital transformation to reach new heights. This role is ideal for those passionate about data-driven solutions and digital advancements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Join the DSC team, a new unit of over 40 FTE, pivotal to our ambition of becoming a Digital First company.
* Establish a Reporting team within DSC, responsible for all supply chain reports globally and locally, initially with 5 FTE WL1, expanding to 20. The team must be proficient in reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), data lake architectures, and basic data engineering, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
* Build a strong identity for the Reporting team, positioning it as the primary source for standard supply chain reporting across the organization.
* Oversee the migration of existing reports into our data lake and systems.
* Transition from a local-dominated reporting landscape to a centralized model aligned with the “Global First, Local by Exception” strategy.
* Work with senior supply chain leaders to develop and adapt KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistent usage across reports.
* Centralize scattered reporting functions into the DSC Reporting team.
* Support cross-functional tech teams in report development.
* Manage requests for report and dashboard modifications or new builds.
* Identify opportunities to consolidate reports to streamline information delivery.
* Represent the reporting capability to the supply chain business.
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate dashboards into SaaS and in-house solutions.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Strong leadership with the ability to inspire diverse teams.

* Excellent communication skills for liaising with IT, supply chain, and leadership.
* Experience managing complex projects successfully.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, data lakes, and broad supply chain knowledge.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or related fields.
* At least 7 years in supply chain management, with 3+ in leadership roles.
* Experience with digital supply chain technologies, data management, and large-scale projects.
* Knowledge of emerging trends like AI and IoT.
