Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing high-performance electric powertrain systems for global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and micro-mobility manufacturers. Their mission is to make electric vehicles more powerful, efficient, and accessible, driving the next evolution in e-mobility.
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager with a strong engineering background and the ambition to expand business across international markets.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electric vehicle segment.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 clients.
Collaborate with internal finance, operations, and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Deliver professional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
Engineering degree
10+ years of experience in (mostly hunter) sales within the automotive or related industries
Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems (electrical, hardware, software)
Strong commercial drive with a track record in achieving ambitious sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
Willingness to travel frequently
Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry – advantage
