The Role
Role Overview :
We are currently seeking highly qualified professionals to join our team as Country Expert for the Ukraine region
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in law, academia, journalism, political science, or NGO / human rights work, who possess deep knowledge of the region and are capable of producing accurate, well-researched, and articulate reports in English.
The role involves supporting legal professionals, NGOs, and academic institutions by delivering detailed, country-specific insights related to political developments, human rights, social structures, and legal frameworks Ukraine .
Key Responsibilities :
* Conduct in-depth research and provide expert analysis on political, legal, social, and human rights conditions in Ukraine.
* Deliver professional, well-documented reports to support legal cases (including asylum and immigration) and academic / public policy projects.
* Review and interpret case documents in conjunction with legal standards and country-specific context.
* Work collaboratively with legal teams and researchers to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables.
Ideal Profile
* Substantial knowledge and experience dealing with political, social, and / or human rights issues in Ukraine.
* A background in law, political science, international relations, human rights, journalism, or a related field.
* Accreditation or membership in a recognized professional body is an advantage.
* A portfolio of written work (e.g., academic articles, reports, legal briefs, journalistic pieces) related to Ukraine.
* Fluency in English and strong writing skills are essential
* Strong punctuality and ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
