We're Hiring: Freelance Exhibit Designer
Project Duration: July 2025 – December 2025

We Do Exhibitions is looking for a freelance Exhibit Designer to help bring to life an immersive experience within an existing space. The concept is a technological showcase resembling a museum exhibit journey across several spaces.
What You'll Do
* Design immersive exhibit zones integrating screens, technical booths, and physical components.
* Turn complex tech processes into intuitive, engaging visitor experiences.
* Collaborate with AV teams and architects.
* Develop floor plans, elevations, renders, and spec sheets.
* Ensure design and proposed finishes comply with fit-out and fire-safety guidelines.
* Design for an existing prefabricated modular system — without drilling, ceiling loads, or permanent fixtures.
What You Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in exhibit or spatial design (ideally in museums, expos, events).
* Fluency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Vectorworks, or similar.
* Experience integrating screen-based and interactive installations in exhibition spaces.
* Experience working with hybrid constructions combining prefabricated modular systems with custom-built installations.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, clarity, and technical understanding.
* English fluency.
