Managing and following up with end clients in the DACH market, providing close and high-quality service.Handling incoming inquiries and occasional phone contact with clients, mainly in German.Monitoring the sales process and business opportunities using CRM tools.Updating and maintaining client, lead, and sales information in internal systems.Recording and tracking sales in the booking system.Providing operational support to the team in daily tasks such as database updates and information management.Native or professional level of German and intermediate/advanced English.Experience in customer service in telephone sales or commercial support.Familiarity with IT tools such as Excel or CRM systems.Long-term commitment to a project based in Barcelona.
