**Service Administrator**
**Location**: Puerto Banus
**Job Type**: Part-time / Permanent - 20 Hours
Must have right to work in EU
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient coordination of activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, maintenance visits, and engineer workloads
- Maintain accurate records, job logs, and service reports
- Process service orders, invoices, and relevant documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, engineers, and external clients to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor service performance and follow up on outstanding jobs
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
**About You**
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in a service or engineering environment
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or CRM software
