About The Role
As our new Investment Administration Assistant, you’ll be part of the Investments team, reporting to the Business Lead Office of the CIO. Your mission? To support the Leaders and the greater investment team in their daily activities and ensure the smooth running of the fund.
In This Role You Will
- Assist with diary, email management, arrangement of team meetings and meetings with service providers including associated documentation and planning.
- Assist with investment service provider invoicing, including administration, tracking and settlement.
- Assist with the management of due diligence records and documentation across the investment program including manager reporting and procedure documentation.
- Support the Investment Operations function by running system reports, actioning transfers, reconciling data, audit reporting and managing documents and files.
- Manage responses to requests for meetings and other approaches from service providers.
- Track budgets and expense reconciliation.
- Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee papers, Board papers and management of policies.
- Assist with the arrangement of travel, logistics for due diligence programs, producing agendas and minute taking.

- Professional experience working in a support role with financial or professional services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and develop good relationships throughout the team and greater business.
- A strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite.
- Strong numerical skills, using these to support the greater team in various tasks.
- Experience preparing presentations and papers for committees and boards.
- Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and autonomously.
