Accounting and Administrative Assistant – Remote
Oesia Group is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join an important project in a remote work setting.
What are we looking for?
* Experience: 1-2 years in accounting and administrative tasks.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher vocational training in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
* Additional: Experience with accounting tools like SAP, Oracle Financials, etc., is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Manage accounting and administrative aspects of R&D projects, including bookkeeping, expense classification (OPEX and CAPEX), and documentation.
* Assist in audits and financial justifications, ensuring expenses are correctly allocated.
* Organize and control project documentation.
* Assist in preparing financial reports.
