Consider your next career move as Maitre at our 4‑star hotel in Tenerife, Canary Islands (AluaSoul Costa Adeje). Your main mission will be to work closely with the Hotel Director to implement and maintain the highest service and guest experience standards, ensuring the achievement of objectives and overall guest satisfaction at AluaSoul Costa Adeje 4* hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the restaurant and bar teams across all hotel outlets, organizing shifts and daily tasks.
* Ensure the highest quality of service and guest experience at all times.
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and hotel management to optimize operational processes.
* Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure continuous improvement and performance.
* Manage orders, stock control, and ensure compliance with HACCP (APPCC) standards.
* Oversee the department and team management to guarantee smooth service coordination and excellent customer attention.

Qualifications
* Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills.
* Proactive, dynamic, multitasking ability, and good time management.
* Honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility.
* Excellent command of English and Spanish; additional knowledge of French, Italian, or German is an asset.
* Proven experience in 4‑star hotels (preferred).
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced and demanding environment with flexibility.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
* Willingness to reside on Tenerife/Madeira Island.
* Proven experience in F&B management.
* Education in F&B management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and restaurant management software.
* Strong financial acumen in managing F&B operations.
* Ability to deliver tailor‑made service to guests.
* Knowledge of wines and beverages.
