A Day in the Life

Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is where it all started at Medtronic. We are designing, producing, selling, and servicing implants and technologies for cardiac rhythm disorders as well as heart failure. Examples are implantable monitors/loop recorders, pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, telecardiology equipment. Innovation is key in Medtronic, and to optimally serve doctors and patients, the product pipeline is in continuous evolution. CRM offers a wide product portfolio to surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and electrophysiologists for state‑of‑the‑art treatment of cardiac diseases.

As a Sales Representative within the Cardiac Rhythm Management Team, you will maintain and develop Cardiac Rhythm Management business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Manager and business strategies in your defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non‑financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic's reputation in the market.

The working territory will be the Canary Islands (Tenerife and Lanzarote), and you will be preferably located in Tenerife.

Responsibilities

- Analyze the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.
- Perform all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy), from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation, and identify, prepare, and execute upcoming tenders.
- Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts and report on them via the provided systems and personally to the district manager on a regular basis.
- Further increase penetration in existing accounts, develop existing accounts into potential new product therapies/patient therapies, and develop actual non‑buying accounts.
- Provide technical support to customers (i.e., physicians, consultants, cardiologists) and support procedures when required, and ensure that consignment and all other stock levels are properly controlled, according to the asset management guidelines and targets.
- Plan and prepare sales forecasts by account, product, and therapy for the territory along with proposed meetings/customer activities and investments.
- Report and regularly update all accounts, market and competitive information, and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.

Required Knowledge and Experience

- University degree in Health Sciences (biomedical engineering, electrical, IT, natural sciences, or other relevant degree).
- At least 5 years of selling experience in the medical device industry, preferably with cardiac rhythm devices.
- Willingness to work with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
- Willingness to provide expert technical support in the operating room in the hospitals.
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken); Computer literacy.
- Communication skills and motivation to build strong business relationships with customers; teamwork, proactivity and focus on delivering results.
- Clean driving license.

This is a senior‑level role ideal for a driven, strategic sales professional who understands the nuances of the dental lab market and is confident in building strong, long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales within the dental laboratory segment, promoting game‑changing products in metal additive and industrial‑grade milling CNC machines and solutions, with optionally embedded 5 years finance and 10 years free warranty.
- Develop new leads in the dental laboratory market, based on existing experience and network, with additional support from the client in terms of database sharing.

Dutch Speaking Sales Representative – Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria)

Responsibilities:

- Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video, and social media outreach for B2B.
- Identify key points of contact through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets.
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the funnel.
- Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction.
- Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.

Additional information:

- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break.

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Inside Sales Representative (NGS background) to expand our business across Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients within biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical industries, utilizing data mining techniques and market research.

Your Skills and Experience

- MSc in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NGS and third‑generation sequencing technologies and their applications.
- Experience in data mining from websites and databases to identify potential clients.
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills. Native or business‑level Spanish speaking is preferred; Italian proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data comparison and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in cold calling prospective clients.
- Self‑motivated, driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous sales or customer‑facing experience in life sciences is a plus but not mandatory.
