Business Manager – Nearshore Engineering Services | French C1
We are looking for a Business Manager to join the ALTEN Delivery Centre Spain & Portugal, based in Madrid, with the objective of developing and managing nearshore engineering services from Spain and Portugal for international ALTEN Group entities.
This role is focused on supporting the growth of ALTEN’s international delivery model, working in close coordination with internal clients and international Business Managers
It is not a direct sales role to end customers, but a position aimed at identifying opportunities, structuring solutions and ensuring the right delivery capacity in collaboration with ALTEN entities.
The position requires international travel, approximately twice per month, mainly to meet internal clients, support business development activities and strengthen collaboration with ALTEN international teams.
Main responsibilities:
* Develop nearshore engineering services in coordination with international ALTEN entities and internal clients.
* Identify opportunities together with local Business Managers and support the growth of existing accounts.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, delivery teams and recruitment teams to structure the right service approach.
* Follow up on staffing, service quality, margins and client satisfaction.
* Support proposals, presentations and pre-sales activities in collaboration with local ALTEN teams.
* Contribute to the positioning of Spain & Portugal as a strategic delivery centre for the Group.
Profile required:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, business management, delivery, consulting or engineering services.
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be highly valued, especially in technical, engineering or aerospace environments.
* Experience in consulting companies, engineering services, nearshore, offshore or delivery centre models will be a strong plus.
* French C1 level required.
* Based in Madrid
* Availability for international travel, around twice per month.
* Results-oriented profile, with strong business mindset, client orientation and ability to work in an international environment.
