We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior International Business Development Manager to lead global sales and strategic expansion initiatives for Tonbo Systems. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in defense, security, and tactical solutions, with hands-on operational experience. This role requires a deep understanding of modern defense and security challenges, a strong global network, and the ability to drive business growth through key partnerships and strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities
* Global Business Development :
Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities in defense, homeland security, and tactical markets worldwide.
* Strategic Sales Execution :
Lead the sales process from opportunity identification to contract closure, aligning with Tonbo’s strategic goals.
* Client & Partner Engagement :
Build and maintain relationships with international military, law enforcement, government bodies, system integrators, and industry partners.
* Operational Understanding :
Use knowledge of defense and tactical operations to align products with mission requirements.
* Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis :
Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform strategies.
* Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation :
Lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring competitive positioning and successful negotiations.
* Cross-functional Collaboration :
Coordinate with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
* Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure compliance with international export laws, standards, and ethical practices.
Experience & Qualifications
* Military / Defense Industry Experience :
5+ years in international business development, sales, or operations within defense, security, or tactical domains. Military or law enforcement background preferred.
* Proven Sales Record :
Success in securing and managing multi-million-dollar contracts with global defense organizations.
* Technical Expertise :
Knowledge of optronics, thermal imaging, night vision, and tactical technologies relevant to operational needs.
* Global Market Knowledge :
Understanding of procurement, acquisition cycles, and operational requirements in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
* Communication & Leadership :
Ability to engage stakeholders, present solutions, and lead negotiations effectively.
