To contribute and be part of the team responsible for supporting and executing data management/customer services activities, ensuring that output is accurate and timely, focusing on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, with flexibility to support as required.


Responsibilities

* Use HR Administration expertise to advise on client queries/issues and ensure a good understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
* Perform Data Management or Customer Service activities independently according to the calendar and KPIs.
* Ensure Data Management is accurate and timely.
* Respond to Tickets and Calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
* Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and support their updating by highlighting gaps or inconsistencies.
* Proficiently use systems and tools.
* Complete SOC Controls on time with necessary evidences.
* Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions on client/country-specific processes.
* Report system issues/defects accurately with detailed tickets and evidences.
* Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to Service Manager.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Complete all learning objectives successfully.
* Accurately record time and adhere to security standards.
* Participate in team meetings and communicate issues promptly.
* Stay updated with all company announcements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Participate in projects and activities as assigned.


Requirements

* Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently following processes.
* Experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration preferred but not required.


Essential

* High School/University diploma or equivalent.
* HRIS knowledge.
* High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Advanced or native level of German/French/Polish/Italian; additional languages are a plus.
