We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist specializing in Paid Search to join our growth team. The role focuses on the day‐to‐day execution and optimization of global paid search campaigns for our iOS and Android apps through Google Ads (UAC & W2A). This high‐impact, hands‐on position requires experience managing 8‐figure monthly budgets and a deep understanding of performance marketing in complex environments. A key part of the mission is to optimize for Ad Monetization flow, ensuring campaigns feed revenue streams through AdMob.
What You Will Do
Execute and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads (UAC & W2A) for our apps portfolio.
Manage and scale high‐volume budgets, focusing on pLTV, ROAS, and ARPU.
Master creative strategy for UA: define the optimal mix of assets (text, image, video, HTML5) and monitor performance metrics (IPM, CTR) to drive scale.
Optimize for Ad Monetization: implement and monitor AdMob campaigns, selecting formats and placements that maximize revenue via hybrid bidding models.
Analyze creative performance: deep‐dive into which creative formats (Interstitial, Native, Banners) drive the best‐converted trials and high‐value users.
Run continuous A/B tests on bidding types, balancing Max Conversion Value and Ad Impression Value.
Collaborate with creative: provide data‐driven briefs on effective formats and hooks for the UAC auction.
Monitor technical KPIs: track and report daily performance from install to trial conversion and long‐term retention.
Requirements
Must‐have
Hands‐on experience managing Google UAC and Web‐to‐App campaigns at scale.
Strong creative intuition for performance: knowledge of high‐performing banners or videos and their optimal formats for different placements.
Expertise in Ad Monetization: proven experience using AdMob and understanding UA's impact on ad revenue streams.
Analytical mindset: ability to interpret complex data (LTV, ROAS, CVR) and translate insights into proactive campaign adjustments.
Knowledge of the Mobile Ecosystem: familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and event mapping.
Initiative: proposes new strategies to beat targets rather than simply following a plan.
Nice‐to‐have
Experience in the utility or gaming app space (hybrid monetization).
Background in subscription‐based businesses (web or apps).
Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
Familiarity with keyword research and search intent for W2A campaigns.
Deep understanding of hybrid monetization models.
We're Looking For
Detail‐oriented: detects small CVR or CPA fluctuations before they become big problems.
Data‐driven: basing decisions on pLTV and ROAS rather than gut feeling.
Agile: pivots strategies quickly as markets or algorithms change.
Ownership mindset: treats the budget as their own and always seeks ways to squeeze more value.
Master of Ad Formats: deep knowledge of mobile ad placements (Banners, Interstitials, MRECs) and ability to select and test formats that drive high‐value impressions and optimize AdMob revenue flow.
