JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains and is responsible for developing and establishing strong relationships with hotel chains. The role involves ensuring partners understand HBX’s value proposition and tools to maximize revenue growth. Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is essential.
The role includes optimizing, managing, and enhancing hotel portfolios via Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings to fit partner needs. The Account Manager ensures partners meet or exceed performance and financial targets, focusing on driving profitability, differentiation, and long-term value creation.
We seek candidates based in Spain or anywhere in Europe.

Capabilities:
* Market expertise and relationship building to understand the hotel landscape and develop strong partnerships.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to structure agreements and use HBX tools effectively.

Experience:
* 2-3 years in a similar role.
* Experience in commercial roles with direct client contact.
* Experience in contracting and negotiation.
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Tourism Management, or similar.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
