Location:

Barcelona Office - Spain

The Team: You will be part of the Immigration Department, reporting to the Head of Immigration France and supporting other areas like the Tech Department. You will handle international mobility-related cases, responding to various questions as part of a multifaceted team.

Mission: Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated assistance. Foster collaboration and efficiency while contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and client care.

Tasks:

* Act as a bridge between the Product team (40%) and the French team, supporting internal process improvements and automation using tools like HubSpot, Parallel, Zapier, and Notion.
* Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement new workflows.
* Assist the Legal team (60%) with immigration processes: preparing documentation, scheduling appointments, submitting applications, conducting follow-ups, drafting legal documents, and supporting clients and attorneys.
* Promote the use of technology within the legal team, including training and troubleshooting automation tools.

You have:

* Tech-savvy mindset and experience with automation tools.
* Previous legal administrative experience is a plus.

* Fluency in English and French (C1/C2); other languages are a plus.

* Strong communication skills and client-centric approach.
* Problem-solving skills and motivation for new challenges.
