About the Role
Media Mint is hiring a driven Ad Success Representative (French) to support a leading client in the digital advertising space. This role blends client management, campaign execution, and data-driven insights—ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with client partners
Lead regular check-ins and provide strategic recommendations
Coordinate with Ad Operations teams for campaign execution
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Requirements
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Ops
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Zendesk
Knowledge of digital advertising (Programmatic, Direct IO, Self-Serve)
Fluent in English + French (mandatory)
