Introducing smoke‑free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model, and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced‑risk products.

Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our sales team. As a sales supervisor you will plan and coordinate the efficient use of all resources assigned in your area, in accordance with defined policies and strategies and the guidelines set out by the Area Manager. This is aimed at developing the business as much as possible in the corresponding market, by guaranteeing that the objectives marked for volume, devices, market share, visibility, contacts with consumers and presence.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Business Plan: Prepare and propose the business plan for the area, integrating national and regional strategic guidelines and proposals made by the team. The plan sets a holistic approach according to the consumer journey, considering consumer profile, touchpoints, retail ecosystem and key events in the area.
- Control and Follow‑up: Follow up on and ensure compliance with the objectives for the territory established in the business plan, ensuring that budgets are met. The aim is to detect and analyze possible deviations and propose corrective measures as necessary.
- Management and Team Organization (80% field): Lead and motivate the team to ensure excellence in execution, including territory executives and sales experts, through joint field visits, day‑to‑day training, and follow‑up of field and development visits to build team capabilities and tool usage.
- New Business Opportunities: Search for new business opportunities to improve team performance by liaising with central teams to magnify awareness, adoption and retention of consumers (e.g., MGM, Shop in Shops).
Qualifications
- University degree; master’s degree is valuable.
- Native or near‑native in Spanish and fluent in English (C1).
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar sales role, ideally managing commercial teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid EU work permit.
- Solution‑oriented, analytical and creative problem solver with excellent knowledge in sales.
