Develop and implement the sales strategy for Iberia aligned with global objectives.
Forecast sales performance and set regional targets.
Expand market share through innovative sales initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Work in synergy with the existing Ansell senior sales team to develop and execute business plans and strategies
Establish and maintain relationships within the allocated territory through regular customer meetings, trade sales
days, training sessions, networking events and office visits.
Prepare annual budgets and present these to the International Sales Director for approval.
Representing Ansell at all required events business and social in Iberia- additionally this may also be required
