About the Role
We are seeking high-level Medical Experts to join our growing AI team. This is a freelance role that is fully remote. In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), evaluating and refining AI-generated medical content to ensure it meets the highest standards of clinical accuracy, local regulatory compliance, and cultural nuance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and annotate complex medical dialogues, patient interactions, and clinical reasoning generated by AI models
* Evaluate model responses using rigorous medical and logic rubrics to improve the safety and quality of AI interactions
* Ensure medical terminology is used correctly within the local context of the target healthcare system
* Identify and correct hallucinations or medical misinformation in AI-generated outputs
Requirements:
Spanish speaker with approximately 3 years of professional experience and the following qualifications:
1. Professional Background (One of the following is required):
* A recognized Clinical Physician
* OR: A Licensed pharmacist
* OR: A PhD in a medical-related field (e.g., Public Health, xpzdshu Epidemiology).
2. Local Healthcare System Experience:
* At least 5 years of continuous study or professional practice within the Spanish healthcare system
