Power Platform Developer (Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI) – Spain Madrid - Contract – B2B setup | €250–€300 per day – immediate start
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a growing international technology team operating across the UK, Spain, Poland, and India. This is a hands-on role focused on building and automating business applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within enterprise environments
- Build and enhance automation workflows, integrations, and reports that streamline complex business processes
- Work collaboratively with integral technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality
- Support the integration of Power Platform components with Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Participate in peer reviews, testing, and deployment of solutions in a structured Agile environment
- Provide hands-on technical expertise while ensuring best practices in governance, scalability, and security
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software or IT development (no more than 6 years total)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions
- Proven background working on large-scale or enterprise-level projects ideally within banking, consulting, or financial services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical work and deliverables
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and cultural fit for a distributed international team
