We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Electrophysiology Division, based in Diegem, Belgium, supporting clients across Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced 3D cardiac mapping and electrophysiology systems, working closely with clinical and technical stakeholders in high‑stakes environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of our electrophysiology systems, including:
- Installing, upgrading, maintaining, and repairing advanced medical systems for 3D cardiac mapping and electrophysiology procedures
- Managing your service territory independently (Europe), including planning and prioritizing weekly activities
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions quickly and effectively, both onsite and remotely
- Travelling extensively within the assigned region and occasionally across Europe, sometimes on short notice
- Driving customer satisfaction through performance reviews, complaint analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Accurately documenting service activities in the Service Management System
- Communicating technical issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to management
- Strictly following health, safety, and environmental standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- Valid driver’s license
- Hands‑on experience with standard test equipment (e.g. digital multimeter, safety tester)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in xcskxlj English
- Second European language (fluency or strong proficiency) is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including weekends or off‑hours when required
- Previous experience in Field Service and/or the medical device industry is preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Physically able to lift and move equipment up to 35 kg, with frequent standing and bending
- Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and safety standards
