Responsibilities
* Use HR Administration expertise to advise upon client queries / issues and ensure a good understanding of Client specific processes and tasks
* Independently perform Data Management or Customer Service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs
* Ensure Data Management is performed accurately and on time
* Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard
* Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps / inconsistencies in the documentation. Also support the updating of DWIs
* Proficient in using systems and tools
* SOC Controls completed on time and with the necessary evidences
* Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions related to Client / Country specific processes
* Ensure audiences understand and can put into practice the processes
* Report system issues / defects with necessary details and evidences for investigation
* Highlight deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager
* Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
* Complete learning objectives and time recording accurately and on time
* Adhere to STRADA Security Standards
* Contribute to team meetings and communicate with Service Manager about issues
* Stay up to date with STRADA HR announcements and communications
* Build good relationships with lines of business; update internal stakeholders as needed
* Participate in projects and activities as assigned
Requirements
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
* Attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
* 1 year experience in Customer Care and / or HR Administration
* High School / University diploma or equivalent
* HRIS knowledge would be nice-to-have
