¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Standard Administrative tasks:
- Work order / PO processing, budget tracking, and grants coordination.
- Assistance with administrative documents managed in the department and a point of contact with external providers.
- Invoice registration and management of expenses reports, organization of meetings, travels, and accommodation.
- Prioritizes workload involving multiple projects/time-lines with minimal supervision.
- Understands the goals and objectives of the entire department and contributes to fulfill them.
Non Standard tasks:
- Broad support in process automation (PMO).
- Insights and CRM reports.
- Customer Journey follow-ups.
- AI data analysis.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- 3-5+ years administrative experience, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must possess good proofreading and editing skills of technical documents.
- Uses advanced level software programs such as Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Access, Canva, Prezi, to create graphs, LCD presentations, charts and spread sheets, and Power BI or Salesforce for data and CRM analysis.
- Works under minimal supervision to perform non-routine job responsibilities and duties.
- Must be fluent/native in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in work order / PO processing, and budget and invoicing management.
