We are hiring a BuzzFeed Editorial Graphic Designer (Clickbait & High CTR Specialist) to join our project on a part-time basis and drive high-performance clickbait ads. This role is ideal for someone with a proven record in creating compelling, editorial-style visual ads that capture attention and drive engagement. Please only apply if you have experience designing ads with high click-through rates for Native, Facebook, Google and are proficient in AI tools for creative efficiency.
Tasks
* Design and develop high-converting ads optimized for performance and engagement.
* Manage the creation of visual assets for advertorial ads that are tailored to editorial standards.
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and improve performance.
* Use data-driven insights to refine ad designs, adapting visual ads based on target audience and conversion metrics.
* Oversee the visual direction of content, collaborating closely with internal marketing and creative teams.
* Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows and enhance overall ad quality.
Requirements
* A strong portfolio with examples of high-converting clickbait ads.
* 3+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in performance-driven and clickbait ad creation.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and experience with AI design tools.
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven, and results-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
