**About Us**
We are an expanding hospitality group in Tenerife, developing unique, high-quality restaurant concepts. With multiple openings planned, we are seeking a talented **Project Manager / Interior Designer** to join our team and lead the creative and operational development of our present and future projects.
**Role Overview**
You will work closely with ownership, external contractors, architects, and suppliers to bring projects to life.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **interior design process** for new and existing restaurant projects, from concept development to final delivery.
- Create and present design proposals, layouts, and mood boards aligned with the brand identity and project vision.
- Prepare, review, and update **technical drawings and layouts** using **AutoCAD** (or equivalent design software).
- Manage all stages of project development: design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and installation.
- Source and coordinate with suppliers for furniture, materials, finishes, and equipment.
- Supervise on-site works and ensure quality standards are met according to design specifications.
- Collaborate with management, chefs, and operations teams to ensure spaces are both **aesthetically appealing** and **operationally practical**.
- Monitor project timelines, control budgets, and ensure deadlines are respected.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide regular progress reports to ownership.
**Requirements**:
- **Based in Tenerife** - applicants must currently reside locally.
- Degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, or related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of professional experience** in interior design, preferably in **hospitality (restaurants, hotels, bars)**.
- Strong technical skills in **AutoCAD** (or similar software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, etc.).
- Proven experience in **project management**, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage suppliers and contractors.
- Professional proficiency in **English** (Spanish is a strong plus).

Pay: 1,600.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
