About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our biologics sales strategy, with a strong focus on oncology and autoimmune diseases. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives in oncology and autoimmune biologics .
Market Development : Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive business expansion through targeted initiatives.
Key Account Management : Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement decision-makers.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial success.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align commercial strategies with brand objectives.
Compliance & Ethics : Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with strong expertise in biologics, particularly within oncology and autoimmune disease markets .
Education : Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Commercial Acumen : Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and healthcare systems.
Leadership & Communication : Strong ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and drive strategic discussions.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking : Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and reimbursement pathways.
Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Biological pharmaceutical market in Spain
