We’re looking for a Lead Business Designer to join our team in Barcelona. If you’re passionate about venture building, thrive in high-uncertainty environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role is for you.
As a Senior Business Designer at NOBA, you will:
* Drive the force behind taking an idea from opportunity mapping to market validation, leading cross-functional teams to ensure success.
* Shape and design value propositions that address market needs and create business impact
* Work closely with clients and external stakeholders, solving challenges with a strategic and business-focused approach.
* Deep-dive into markets, needs, user behavior, and industry trends to uncover opportunities and actionable insights.
* Facilitate engaging workshops and discussions with senior clients, using NOBA’s proprietary methodologies.
* Oversee project planning and successful delivery across initiatives.
* Monitor financials and ensure alignment with project budgets and revenue targets.
* Develop compelling proposals during the pre-sales process.
* Expand NOBA’s capabilities, contributing to both business growth and your own development
* Refine and evolve NOBA’s innovation methodologies.
What we look for:
We want someone who is both a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse, with a strong business background and fluent Spanish
* 5+ years of experience in an agency, strategy consulting, or venture-building environment.
* Experience managing clients and external stakeholders, building trust and guiding decision-making.
* Proven experience in using tools for research, data analysis, automation, and business design.
* Experience developing business proposals and refining innovation methodologies.
* Facilitation and storytelling expertise
* Proven team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (Catalán is a plus).
