Regional Black Belt/Commercial Excellence - Full Time - Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a Regional Black Belt/Commercial Excellence to join our Water & Industrial BU team in Barcelona (or Madrid) to drive commercial strategy and operational sales excellence across the region by optimizing sales processes, improving performance visibility, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. This role is key to enhancing efficiency, profitability, and scalability of the sales organization.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance
- Identify and execute process improvement and cost‑saving opportunities using Lean Six Sigma
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to standardize workflows
- Support CRM optimization and data quality for better commercial insights
- Drive change management and training for adoption of new tools and processes
- Partner with sales leadership to align operations with strategic goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
- 5+ years in sales operations, commercial excellence, or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills;
experience with Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools
- Proven track record in leading cross‑functional projects with measurable impact
