 
        
        Recruitment & HR Assistant Location: Centro de Carga Aérea, Madrid (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

 Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to take the next step in your HR career? At CACESA, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Recruitment & HR Administration Specialist. 
 Key Responsibilities 
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. 
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support efficient hiring processes. 
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. 
• Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires. 
• Support general HR administration tasks, including document management, reporting, and coordination with external providers, health & safety, payroll, etc. 
 Requirements 
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Master ́s degree in Human Resources Management. 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. 
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken). 
• French B2
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. 
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.
