Your Mission
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Sales Representative or Business Unit Manager, supporting both business development and customer relationship management.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Manage requests for quotations and prepare commercial offers independently, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
* Proactively follow up on quotations to build a strong pipeline.
* Process and monitor orders in our SAP system, ensuring proper order execution.
* Achieve and exceed your KPIs and sales targets.
* Act as the central coordination point between customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with your customer portfolio.
* Keep the CRM system up to date and support prospecting activities.
* Participate in client visits and industry events when required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and new business opportunities.
Your Profile
* Experience in similar roles as a Sales Administrator.
* More than 3 years of experience in a technical or distribution environment within the industrial sector.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Chinese and Portuguese are a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: empathetic and customer-oriented.
* Strong technical curiosity and commercial mindset.
* Autonomous, well-organized, and comfortable working in a small international team.
* Reactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive, determined, and results-driven.
