Administrative Support Assistant
An Administrative Support Assistant is a professional responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of an organization.
Their work focuses on managing and handling information, including answering phone calls, processing emails containing sensitive data, and assisting with meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
They also organize, classify, and archive documentation, manage databases, and use office software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to keep administrative processes updated and operational.
This position requires previous experience in similar tasks, strong database‑management skills, a B1 level of English, and at least a High School diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training (FP).
It may also require authorization from the National Security Office to work with sensitive documentation.

The position involves providing administrative support and managing information related to various areas of activity
Tasks include:
Telephone management and email handling related to sensitive information.
Support in conferences, courses, meetings, and working groups related to information and intelligence.
Management and classification of information/intelligence databases.
Proper classification and filing of sensitive documentation.
Requirements
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong command of database management.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar administrative tasks.
B1 level of English in listening comprehension, reading comprehension, oral interaction, speaking, and writing.
Minimum required qualification:
High School diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training (FP).
Hold a valid authorization from the National Security Office, or meet the requirements to be eligible for such authorization.
