We are looking for a HR Administrative Support in support to our location in Barcelona, Spain.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
* Assist HR Manager with site administration tasks;
* Payroll cycle in Spain;
* Bonification Social Security contributions for R+D employees;
* Administration of Starters and Leavers;
* Administration of absences (annual leave/maternity/parental) and special leaves in Timetell;
* Act as contact point for employees for training requests and manage internal trainings in ATG’s office;
* General HR administration;
* Collaborate with HR colleagues in ATG Headquarters;
* Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop HR Strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans in Spain;
* Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement HR and Company policies and procedures that comply with relevant Spanish labor laws and regulations;
* Health & Safety cycle in Spain. Medical check-ups, online training and coordination of business activities with hosting organization where our employees go on mission;
* Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HR-related matters;
* Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment in line with the Equality Plan;
* Collaborate in the management of performance reviews;
* Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and talent development plans;
* In collaboration with the HR Manager and Legal and Contract Manager ensure the company’s compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations;
* Generate HR reports and analytics for management and regulatory purposes.

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
* Knowledge of Spanish Labor Laws and Regulations;
* Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Software;
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
* Knowledge in payroll, compensation, benefits administration, data management and recordkeeping;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;

* Adaptability and flexibility;
* Teamwork and collaboration;
* Initiative and proactivity;
* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU;
* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
