??Location:Hybrid – Madrid
??Start date:Either mid-December or mid-January.
??End date:30th June 2026.
??Duration:6 months (with the possibility of extension)
??Project Objective
The project aims tosupport the operational and administrative management of the Regional Digital Sales team, ensuring theeffective planning, execution, and coordination of key business processes. It includesorganizing global meetings, managing calendars, providing executive support, and coordinating internal initiativesto help achieve business and team objectives.
Additionally, it focuses ondriving efficiency through digitalization and the use of AI tools, fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and an inclusive, growth-oriented work culture.
??Key Responsibilities:
?? Business Operations:
* Support the readiness and execution of core processes, ensuring efficient management and seamless integration across the broader organization.
?? Organizational Health:
* Contribute to making the team a great place to work by supporting the implementation of the people agenda and team well-being initiatives.
?? Communications & Content:
* Support the execution of internal and executive communications, including newsletters, all-hands meetings, and presentation materials.
* Identify and drive cross-team process improvements to enhance collaboration and information flow.
?? Special Projects, Programs & Initiatives:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) and optimize processes for greater operational efficiency.
* Partner with cross-functional teams contributing to the overall business rhythm and alignment.
?? Executive Administrative Support:
* Manage global calendar coordination for senior leaders, organize meetings and agendas, and provide logistical and event planning support.
?? AI-Driven Efficiency:
* Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity across business operations and administrative functions.
??Required/Minimum Qualifications:
??Bachelor’s Degreein a relevant field, with over 4 years of experience inbusiness management,executive administration,business planning,operations management,project management,or equivalent professional experience.
?Additional / Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
??Experience:Over 6 years of relevant experience.
??Virtual Leadership:Strong skills in engaging and leading virtual teams.
???Communication:Advanced oral and written communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
??Expertise:Demonstrated expertise in communications, presentation development, and program management.
??Multitasking:Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, and collaborate effectively.
??Proactivity:Ambitious self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and manages priorities efficiently.
??Relationship Building:Confident in building relationships with senior leaders; strong organizational and execution skills.
??Collaboration:Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution abilities.
??Integrity:High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
??Culture:Familiarity with Microsoft’s company culture is preferred.
??Training:Desirable: formal training in project/process management, operations, and/or communications.
??AI Skills:Proven experience in AI upskilling and use of basic AI tools to drive efficiency in tasks and processes.
