Role Overview
This is a hands-on, zero-to-one growth role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and takes full ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution. You will drive growth for an AI-native product at the product–market fit stage, leading rapid experimentation across acquisition channels (paid, organic, product-led) and identifying scalable distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end GTM strategy (positioning, channels, budget, KPIs)
Build and lead the growth team
Design and run structured experimentation frameworks, rapid testing across channels, landing pages, messaging, and monetization models.
Build organic growth from scratch
Set direction for paid growth team (performance + social)
Drive both B2C (founders / solopreneurs via consumer channels) and B2B (SMB / Agent builders and etc)
Work closely with Product Marketing, Product and development teams
Requirements
5+ years of working experience in marketing, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS startup
Strong hands-on experience across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO, content, partnerships, etc.).
Strong positioning & messaging skills (can build category narrative from scratch)
Comfortable as both strategist and hands-on executor
Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, blended acquisition costs, etc.)
Experience owning both B2B and B2C growth motions
AI enthusiast - active user of Claude Cowork, Codex and etc.
Builder mentality (zero-to-one)
Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
Able to connect product, messaging, and distribution
Experience launching on Product Hunt or in AI / productivity communities
Familiarity with founders / solopreneurs / consultant audience
